Q: Do you allow for smoking on your buses?
A: No, it damages the upholstery and we would like to keep our buses smelling fresh for all of our customers, but your chauffeur will stop for as many smoke and bathroom breaks as you need.
Q: Do you allow for drinking on your buses?
A: That we do. It would not be a Myrtle Beach party bus without it.
Q: Will you provide us with the alcohol?
A: Unfortunately due to South Carolina regulation it's currently a gray area, please ask our booking specialist for the most current info when you call.
Q: How do you handle overtime?
A: We bill overtime based on the hourly rate you agreed upon, but only at 15 minute intervals! That way you only pay for the time that you used!
Q: Do you have an hourly minimum?
A: We do. We typically require all our trips to be at least 6 hours. But occasionally have special party bus packages so call to see if you qualify for any special deals.
Q: Do you have any hidden fees?
A: We do not! Our prices are completely transparent. When you book your trip with us, your minimal gratuity and any other fess and taxes are included right on the bill!
Q: Do you require a security deposit?
A: Yes, in order to reserve your bus, please make a security deposit using a credit card, over the phone.
Q: Can I play my own music on the bus?
A: Absolutely! We have state-of-the-art built-in sound systems which are compatible with anything that are connected to an auxiliary port such as smart phones and laptops.
Q: Is there any way to keep my drinks cold on the bus?
A: Absolutely. All of our buses come stocked with fully-functional coolers that can store whatever drinks you may have.
Q: Can you travel outside of South Carolina?
A: Unfortunately, we are only able to travel within the state of South Carolina for now.
Q: What things should I have ready once the bus arrives?
A: The only two things that you need are your state ID as well as your preferred form of payment. We get this out of the way once the bus arrives so you don't have to worry about doing it once the night is over.
Q: Are your vehicles safe?
A: Absolutely! We hold our vehicles to the highest standards. Our mechanic team members are constantly checking our party buses and limos doing preemptive maintenance to make sure they are in the best possible condition for your trip.
